What does it cost to organise an event at De Rijtuigenloods?
You can organise a conference from € 53.50 per person and an evening party event from € 49.95 per person. Ask about the options and conditions.

Certainly! Our staff would be happy to guide you through the location, so that you can get a good idea of the rooms and the atmosphere.They will also be happy to sit down with you to discuss your wishes, requirements and options. We can provide you with a quote specifically based on your requirements.

We are bound to a date, is De Rijtuigenloods available?
If the date is known, we can reserve the date without any obligation for you.

We have special requirements for the catering facilities.
We have our catering under full control with De Preuverie. This allows us to cater to your wishes and budget regarding culinary interpretation in a flexible manner. If you prefer a specific theme, we would be happy to brainstorm ideas with you.

I expect 200 people to my event. Would the area not be too empty?
De Rijtuigenloods can be configured flexibly. By means of train carriages and by hanging of canvasses we can make the space smaller. If the number of people should go up, we can always adjust the layout. In this way De Rijtuigenloods offers a suitable space for any group size!

What about parking?
De Rijtuigenloods has ample free parking available on site. To ensure that things run smoothly, we provide parking assistance to receive your guests and show them to the best parking space. There are no restrictions regarding maximum vehicle height. If desired, we can also assign disabled parking spaces.

I expect guests to arrive by public transport. Is De Rijtuigenloods easily accessible?
De Rijtuigenloods is 200 metres away from Amersfoort Central Station, which is an important hub in the rail transport network between Randstad and the North and East of the Netherlands. There are also several buses that depart from here.

When are you available?
De Rijtuigenloods is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Outside of these times you can reach us through the contact form.

What is the closest accommodation option?
Within walking distance of De Rijtuigenloods are two hotels. NH Amersfoort (114 rooms) and Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre (142 rooms). Several other hotels are also located within a short drive.

Is it allowed to smoke in De Rijtuigenloods?
De Rijtuigenloods has been a completely smoking free zone since 1 July 2008. This is in line with the Tobacco Act, which came into force throughout the Netherlands on 1 July 2008, and which has made all catering establishments and public spaces completely smoking free areas. Outside on the parking lot we have a smoking wagon available where indoor smoking is allowed.
